"KURATTICE ECO" is a material that coats aluminum profiles with wood powder resin using Kurabo's unique integrated extrusion molding technology, expressing a wood-like texture through sanding finish. In this custom product, we apply our proprietary technology to incorporate used tea leaf blended resin in the surface layer, providing antibacterial and deodorizing functions due to the effects of catechins derived from tea. *Antibacterial: Film adhesion method JIS Z2801, Deodorization: Detection tube method ■ Applications - Hospitals and nursing facilities where hygiene considerations are necessary, and public facilities that are frequently touched by many people - Animal-related facilities, sports gyms, super sento (Japanese public bath), toilets, entrances, etc., where odors are a concern ■ Color Options The photo sample is an image of green tea color. Recycled wood powder resin and aluminum composite material "Clatis Eco" is a material that combines the texture of natural wood with the high durability and weather resistance unique to composite materials. It can be used as a substitute for wood, and its excellent workability allows for a wide range of design adaptations and functional enhancements, enabling solutions to challenges and the provision of new added value. Synthetic wood "Kuranwood" is a uniquely shaped extruded foam material made from polyethylene and polystyrene, among other primary materials, shaped using Kurabo's proprietary technology.
